Our company is seeking a Head Server who will be responsible for training and ensuring the success of our restaurant's on-going customer service and operations. The Head Server will use their experience in serving and managerial skills to ensure that the servers at their location are providing effective and efficient customer service. The Head Server will need to work closely with the current management team to implement new ideas, improve existing processes and insure a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Alert the kitchen staff to any special dietary needs or allergies.
• Communicate special instructions from the chef to the wait staff.
• Conversate with customers, welcoming them to the restaurant and giving them information about menu items, drinks, and specials; assist with orders; serve food and drinks; and remove plates and glasses when customers are done.
• Notice if there are any problems with customers' orders or if customers are not satisfied with their experience; make appropriate suggestions to head chef and servers.
